### What AlgoPro QuantX Does

AlgoPro QuantX is a **confluence-based strategy tool**. Instead of taking trades from one signal, it waits for multiple conditions to agree before allowing an entry.

It is designed for traders who want cleaner, more structured entries with built-in risk management, filters, dashboards, and TradingView alert automation.

QuantX is especially useful for futures, prop-firm style trading, and rule-based backtesting.

### Signal Confluence

The **Signal Confluence** setting controls how many confirmations must agree before QuantX can open a trade.

Higher confluence means fewer but more selective trades.

Lower confluence means more trades but more possible noise.

QuantX also includes **Wait X Candles for Confluence Signals**, which lets confirmations build over a small candle window instead of requiring every condition to trigger on the exact same candle.

### Trade Cooldown

**Wait X Candles Before Another Trade** controls how long QuantX waits after a trade closes before allowing another entry.

This helps reduce overtrading during choppy conditions.

### Filters

QuantX includes several optional filters that can block weak trades:

**Volume Filter** requires volume to be stronger than average.

**Trend Filter** requires trades to agree with the trend.

**Session VWAP Filter** helps intraday traders filter longs above VWAP and shorts below VWAP.

**Range Breakout Filter** requires price to break out or break down before entering.

**Moving Average Filter** allows trades only when price agrees with the selected MA.

**RSI Filter** helps avoid buying when price is too overbought or shorting when price is too oversold.

### TP / SL Manager

QuantX supports take profit and stop loss settings using:

```
Ticks
Percent
ATR
```

**Ticks** are best for futures.

**Percent** is useful for stocks and crypto.

**ATR** adapts targets and stops to market volatility.

QuantX also includes an SL anchor option:

```
Initial
Average
```

Initial uses the first entry price. Average uses the average position price.

### Trailing Systems

QuantX includes optional **Trailing TP** and **Trailing SL**.

Trailing TP can help protect profit if a winning trade slows down.

Trailing SL moves the stop as price moves in favor of the trade.

These should usually be tested after the basic TP/SL settings already work.

### Automation Commands

QuantX includes automation fields for:

* Open Long
* Open Short
* Long TP commands
* Short TP commands
* Long 100% Close
* Short 100% Close

For TradingView strategy alerts, use:

```
{{strategy.order.alert_message}}
```

### Best Way to Use QuantX

Start with default settings, test long-only and short-only separately, then adjust the confluence requirement.

If trades are too noisy, increase confluence or enable filters.

If trades are too rare, lower confluence slightly or reduce filters.

QuantX works best when used as a disciplined confluence strategy, not as a high-frequency signal machine.
