## Troubleshooting

### Extension Does Not Open

Try:

* Refresh TradingView
* Restart Chrome
* Reopen the extension
* Make sure the extension is enabled in Chrome
* Pin the extension from the Chrome extensions menu

### License Will Not Activate

Check:

* License key is copied correctly
* No extra spaces are included
* Your order/subscription is active
* You are using the correct license key
* Your internet connection is working

### Strategy Is Not Detected

Check:

* You are on TradingView
* A strategy is loaded on the chart
* The Strategy Tester panel is open
* The strategy settings can be opened manually

### Testing Gets Stuck

TradingView may be slow or stuck updating the Strategy Tester report.

Try:

* Waiting a little longer
* Reducing the backtest range
* Using a smaller chart history range
* Checking if the strategy report shows an error
* Refreshing the TradingView tab
* Restarting the test

### Strategy Tester Report Shows an Error

Possible causes:

* Invalid parameter combination
* Pine Script error
* Backtest range too large
* TradingView report update issue
* Strategy calculation took too long

Try manually opening the strategy settings and checking whether the strategy runs correctly.

### Command Fields Are Not Detected

Check:

* The active strategy actually has command input fields
* The fields are visible in the settings
* The strategy settings can be opened manually
* You are using a compatible strategy

### Applied Commands Are Missing

If commands do not apply correctly:

* Re-run **Detect Command Fields**
* Generate commands again
* Make sure the command fields exist in the strategy
* Apply commands again
* Check the strategy settings manually
