## AI Smart Optimization

### What AI Smart Optimization Does

The **AI Smart Optimization** section helps create smarter testing ideas and optimization ranges.

It uses AI to suggest possible directions based on your strategy, symbol, timeframe, and trading style.

### What It Can Help With

AI Smart Optimization can help suggest:

* Better parameter ranges
* What settings to focus on
* Possible strategy weaknesses
* Ideas for improving drawdown
* Ideas for improving win rate
* Ideas for improving profit factor
* Safer optimization starting points

### Strategy Name

Enter the strategy name or let AlgoPro try to detect it from the latest test.

Example:

AlgoPro Gamma
```

### Symbol

Enter the symbol you are testing.

Example:

```
NQ1!
ES1!
BTCUSD
GBPUSD
```

### Timeframe

Enter the timeframe.

Example:

```
5m
15m
1h
4h
```

### Trading Style

Choose the style that best matches your goal.

Examples may include:

```
Prop Firm Safe
Balanced
Aggressive
Trend Following
Mean Reversion
Scalping
Swing Trading
```

### Generate Optimization Ranges

After entering the details, click **Generate Optimization Ranges**.

The AI can suggest starting ranges or testing ideas.

Important: Starter settings are not automatically applied unless you choose to use them.

### Best Practices

Use AI Smart Optimization before running a large test when you are unsure where to begin.

It is especially useful when:

* Testing a new strategy
* Testing a new symbol
* Testing a new timeframe
* Trying to reduce drawdown
* Trying to improve consistency
